At Eterna Motorworks, we stand behind the quality of our automotive parts and accessories with a commitment to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our technicians will inspect the parts and process your refund within 5 business days.
